What is Kundalini Yoga

  Kundalini yoga is a technology of human consciousness, a science which gives you the techniques to work on the seven chakras, the arcline and the Aura (8th chakra). Kundalini yoga uses the breath, physical body postures and sound to take you into your heart, which can extend your consciousness beyond yourself, from here you have a knowing of the truth. Gives you an understanding of yourself, which you will not have that experience by reading it in a book.

What does Kundalini Yoga Do?

  The practice balances the glandular system, strengthens the nervous system and enables us to harness the energy of the mind and the emotions, so we can be in control of ourselves, rather than being controlled by our thoughts and feelings. 

How is Kundalini Yoga different to other Yoga's

  There are many forms of yoga practice and they all emphasize different aspects of the whole healing structure to evolve as a human. Some yoga's may offer a bodily form to find health such as, Hatha Yoga; Laya Yoga which uses Sound and Mantra or a Visual form of yoga which is Yantra Yoga.

  However, Kundalini yoga is the compilation of all these aspects, known as the "Diamond" as quoted by Yogi Bhajan, it has depth, completeness and timelessness to transform and penetrate blocks it cannot be reduced to any other form by the seeker. Kundalini yoga is the fastest way to establish an alignment relationship between the body, mind and the soul.
